JZ Knight Gifts Local Fire Department $120.000

JZ Knight Gifts Local Fire Department $120,000.

I have always wondered how the local Fire department never busted JZ Knight/RSE for breaches of health and safety regulation for gross overcrowding and disabling the smoke and fire alarms at RSE all these years. As most here will attest to the fact that Judith very often jammed in thousands of people to well over the occupancy level of 999 people maximum, also bearing in mind the RSE building is a horse arena....!
I remember attending several events so overcrowded we were jammed in the adjacent horse stalls and we slept on concrete floors. Where was the health and safety departments then? This dangerous and irresponsible situation at RSE has been ongoing for over TWENTY years now.Of the seven years I attended RSE there was not one single inspection by the WA state health and safety agencies or fire department of RSE during an event.
Why was that?, all schools have a mountain of inspections and safety regulations to adhere to,
but RSE slips through the net, its as if RSE doesn't exist under the jurisdiction of local government agencies..!
The RSE arena occupancy level was raised to accommodate up to 1999 people on a temporary special use permit SUP-95-007 that expired Feb 2 2000

JZ Knight Pledges Additional $120,000 Gift To Local Fire/EMS Department
Nov 18, 2009
Southeast Thurston Fire/EMS
JZ Knight has been very impressed with the responsive, proficient and courteous manner of Southeast Thurston Fire/EMS personnel whenever their services are required at Ramtha’s School of Enlightenment or Ms. Knight’s home and she committed $10,000 each month from October to December, 2009 as a way to acknowledge their work.
Southeast Thurston Fire/EMS has reported a budget reduction this year of $180,000 due to tax receipts tied to dropping property assessments in the current economic environment. Knight is very aware of the difficult challenges facing the local Fire Commissioners & the Fire Chief to maintain services and existing response times the public expects and demands in emergency situations. In response, Knight has pledged $100,000 in 2010 to Southeast Thurston Fire/EMS for their general operational fund or to where the greatest community benefit would be derived.
Knight is an advocate for the Fire Consolidation issue to be on the ballot in February, 2010 – a proposal to consolidate the City of Yelm and two neighboring fire districts into the Southeast Thurston Regional Fire Authority. Under the authority, property owners in all three districts would pay the same tax rate for fire and basic emergency medical response at $1.50 per $1,000 of assessed property value. The result would entail higher taxes for city residents, yet would not change the rate for those living in the rural fire districts. The City of Yelm’s contract for fire and emergency medical response will expire at the end of 2010. With the consolidation under a Regional Fire Authority, neighboring fire districts will be able to eliminate duplicative administrative positions, allowing them to place additional resources towards front-line response. Additionally, for the first time, residents in the City of Yelm will be able to vote for Fire Commissioners and fire issues.
This is also a gift from Knight to the greater Yelm Community

David McCarthy".I have always wondered how the Fire department never busted..
David, that is very interesting. Thank you. There goes her PR'ing, again. It is good to 'thank' the fire department.
However, why doesn't she 'thank' the children of the community by paying her property TAXES.

A very good point Compassion,
The truth is....
Judith is no more concerned for the health and well-being of her RSE members than an owner of an industrialized chicken plant.
The religious facade of RSE is camouflage to the fact that RSE is in the business to make money for Judith and her cronies......that is it.
I have to wonder.....
just how much money has Judith 'donated' to the local Fire Department over the years?
And for that matter..What other local government agencies have received donations from Judith?
Judith has boasted about giving millions of dollars in scholarships to the local High school......
Brilliant PR work to spoon feed the local press and community "JZ Knight the great benefactor"...
But a few phone calls revealed this was in fact a gross exaggeration?. tantamount to a lie.
But no surprises there?

The Waco Siege began on February 28, 1993 when the United States Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) attempted to execute a search warrant at the Branch Davidian ranch at Mount Carmel, a property located nine miles (14 km) east-northeast of Waco, Texas. An exchange of gunfire resulted in the deaths of four agents and six followers of David Koresh. A subsequent 51-day siege by the Federal Bureau of Investigation ended on April 19 when fire destroyed the compound. Seventy-six people (24 of them British nationals) died in the fire, including more than 20 children and two pregnant women, along with then-Davidian leader Vernon Wayne Howell, better known as David Koresh.

the hall has enough exitways. i guess you can be save there if the carpet is not flamable. the real bs is that there is drinking and smoking in the hall or not anymore? donations at the end of the year r mostly for taxpurposes why not throwing the money in the right direction.[remember there were the sweatlogedeaths the inspections will get tider].anybody believes there r no waterisues with the creek the parkinglot or the outdorshowers? if it get serious for jz she will play the discriminationcard and all the officialls will back off. there r definitly diffrent rules for rich people even if its questionable how they got theire money. for shure its not a selfless move. remember how the kleins donated towards the libary, than he runs for major.... history. if the function and use of the labyrint would be revealed to autoreties that might shock them enough that they realice that [someone could levitate to the roof than fallof and breack the neck.just kidding] someone can suffacate in there or realy get hurt. oh i forgot everyone in there signed of theire rights.

RSE.. a law unto itself....!

Unread post by David McCarthy »

Hi ex,
Surely.....
The criteria for any business license permit is based on what the business/building is used for.
And a great deal of that license is about public safety, especially in schools....!
for instance, If the RSE arena is simply licensed as a horse arena...! "this is what it was built and intended for"..
then it would fall under a certain safety code.
but if RSE was inspected as a private "night club", where up to 2000 people could booze, dance and smoke till dawn...
then a business license permit would be very very stringent.
So...my question is..
Under what criteria is Judith's RSE,inc business license/permit based on?

Judith also 'donated' $10.000 to the Thurston Fire dept back in 2009..

$10,000...

JZ?s donation may appear generous but that is only HALF of her minimum rate. She has been charging a minimum of $20,000 in the One on One with Imaginary Ramtha. She already has a bidder in the coming Follow-up auction that would more than cover her donation.

http://www.rse-auctions.com/detail.asp?id=97

Ironically, JZ could NOT afford to build an outdoor shower facility for her students and had to ask her students to ?donate? a minimum of $20,000?

According to this website, JZK Inc has an annual revenue of $10 to $20 million.

There are RSE members in line every week at the local food bank,
there are others with cancer who also desperately need financial help..
perhaps they should call the Southeast Thurston Fire/EMS.....

I wonder why... What is Judith trying to buy or hide?

P.S. She almost "forgot" to pay her previous years' property taxes. JZ still owes $38,104.29 (including interest and penalty) on her 2009 property tax.

There are also those who in their desperate hour have had the embarrassment of asking JZ for help, a job, a roof over their head, any help she could muster... only to be turned away without so much as an explanation as to why. Such a demoralizing place to be in for great masters. But in the end JZ really only helps those that help her.

Reminds me of that 'Friends' episode where Joey tries to show Phoebe that there really is no such thing as a selfless act...

Regarding Yvonne Lebron, a current student and staff at CSE:

"You should know The Masters' Fund donated $16,800 for her treatment & a couple of anonymous donors contributed money for her & her husband's plane/car fare, driving expenses & room/board for their entire stay, so they can focus on her healing whilst there.

Yvonne called me early this morning from the road, as she & her husband just departed Yelm in their car - she is in high spirits!
They had a wonderful fund raiser at the Blue Bottle last night.
JZ has been kept abreast of Yvonne's journey.

I don't know if JZ donated here.

My sympathies go out to Yvonne, I don't believe I knew her. That's a nice sum of money and it's good to see that the community is helping her out in her time of need.

We all know that it is only a drop in the bucket of what will be needed for her treatment though... and in light of that, as far as JZ's 'donation' is concerned, unfortunately, it is difficult not to be cynical.

Recently, a dear friend and longtime RSE member died from cancer.
her hospital bill was well over $200,000
She was uninsured.
My sympathies go out to Yvonne, I don't believe I knew her. That's a nice sum of money and it's good to see that the community is helping her out in her time of need.
I suggest to all RSE members that are ill to ask Judith/RSE directly for help, and make your request public...!
as did Yvonne.

IMO all RSE members are ill and deserve to be cared for as such by the cause of that illness.

Judith, Its time that you took responsibility for the damage that you have caused through your own self grasping ignorance and greed. Fess up and pay up to all who suffer now as a result of following what you promote.

Only the truth will set you and them free...but financial assistance is also required by many who lost it all because of you. Where is your unconditional love and compassion for those faithful and dedicated people?

Drop in property values means lean 2010 for SE Thurston Fire and EMS

By Megan Hansen
Nisqually Valley News
Published: Thursday, December 24, 2009 11:11 AM PST

Things are going to be tight for Southeast Thurston Fire and EMS during its 2010 fiscal year.

Revenue for the fire department is estimated to be $180,000 to $210,000 less this year.

Property values are going down, said Chief Rita Hutcheson.

Expenditures that will be cut include public education and conferences.

?We knew this year was going to be challenging,? Hutcheson said. ?Our priorities are people and fire trucks.?

The budget, however, will accommodate an additional firefighter.

Adding another position will balance the overtime budget and ultimately cost the department less, Hutcheson said.

She is in the process of reviewing applications on file and anticipates hiring someone in February.

While the department is having to tighten its purse strings, additional revenue donated by JZ Knight will be used to cover some cut items.

Knight pledged to donate $100,000 to the department over the next year.

Hutcheson set up a separate account to hold those funds.

She said she would rather use the money for more tangible things than just floating the budget

With Knight?s first donation of $10,000, Hutcheson ordered more than 500 smoke detectors, which will be given to homes that need them.

There shouldn?t be a home without one now, Hutcheson said. ?I hope people will ask.?

Some of the donated money will also be used to cover public education costs that are being cut from the budget.

?It?s helping immensely,? Hutcheson said. ?It?s allowing us to still do the things in the community.?

Anyone who needs a smoke detector can get one at the Yelm Fire Station, 709 Mill Road.

?All of you could follow the example set by JZ Knight and help our Fire Department continue to perform their duties without having to curtail necessary services and forego the acquisition of needed equipment and personnel. This is a community effort and it would be incredibly reassuring to see others donate funds to this cause.

It certainly appears as though the Fire Marshall is corrupt and a lot of other local officials probably are also. It would be preposterous if the Fire Marshall has allowed 1999 people into the arena. If a fire broke out it is so crowded most people could not get out.

Those who live in Thurston county could get together and look into the operating laws of the Fire Marshall and the laws that govern seating arrangement in the arena. There may also be liquor licensing laws. Locals could ask officials were the laws are that govern this. Probably some are aware some officials will lie and they will have to get onto someone who opposes injustice and really likes their job.

The Fire Marshal has to enforce law. A lot of officials won't for a variety of reasons apart from corruption, such as they don't even know all the laws they are supposed to enforce themselves. If the Fire Marshal refuses or lies about the number permitted in the arena then the locals could go to the body who governs the Fire Marshal's job and get him investigated. Written evidence is normally needed that he refuses to deal justly with the situation. If it is witnessed that he is violating the law he could be severely reprimanded or out of his job. In essence he is putting people's lives at risk which could be a criminal offence.

There are probably other officials in Yelm that are bought off one way or another as well. The local sheriff might need an investigation as well as no one ever stopped the drunk and disorderly wine ceremonies. It seems the power of god did not let the sheriff in the door. It seems it is about time to clean the town up.

Illusionist,

You have some good suggestions. I would think it would be a matter of public record the arrests for drunken driving. If one took the drunken driving numbers and correlated them with the wine ceremonies, it might show a substantial increase (or not) during those times. That would certainly make a case for endangering lives if it turned out to be the case that there was an increase during those times. Also checking the accident records. I am not in the area, however at one time when I was I began to do just that. The info is available, I was just not in town long enough to follow through.
