Robert Hoffman owner of RSE....?

Last week I phoned Robert Hoffman asking him to call me back regarding
The White Pages Business listing showing him as the owner of RSE,
I received no response..
Today I called Robert again and was told by the same women that I previously spoke to that Robert 'was away' and not to call back.
No surprise there.

Robert Hoffman was the accountant for RSE. He was let go. He didnt do his accounting right, I dont have details. But he did go mad and had to be hospitalized.
He was also the manager for the store in Bellevue once too

I'm trying to figure a way to make a joke about Jacques Offenbach's opera, The Tales of Hoffman. The opera has poor confused Hoffman, betrayal, a goofy god, weird science, a muse with multiple personalities, students and drinking. In the opera, I'm not sure any of the characters or anyone in the audience knows exactly what is going on - just like RSE!
Seriously, I can see how Robert Hoffman could suffer a nervous breakdown as a result of Judy Knight's penchant for playing fast and loose with RSE's money, dabbling in borderline illegal securities and not bothering with details like paying taxes. Trying to hold Judy's financial mess together is going to be a big pain in the ledger.

Dear RSE Supporter and Potential Investor ?
Thank you for forwarding your Confidentiality and Nondisclosure Agreement aswell as the Accredited Investor Statement to me recently. I am leaving the office today to attend a conference in Washington DC related to a Tax Credit sponsored program that will give the shareholders of RSE International, Inc.additional options for growth, enhancement and expansion of the RSE Campus in Yelm, Washington. We will have this information available for you at the meeting that we have scheduled for your in June. At the present time I am adding information regarding this program to the full Business Plan which I will be forwarding to you upon my return. I have attached to the email the exhibits that are an inherent part of the business plan for your preliminary review and comment while I am creating a full package for you.
I am also included a copy of the Stock Purchase Subscription Agreement for your review. After you and your advisors review the business plan and all other relevant documents, you will be asked to formalize your commitment in this agreement form in order for us to determine timing of closure based on total stock purchase agreements received and total amount subscribed.
Additionally, JZ is in the process of adding a new minimum investment level to this program that will provide for a minimum stock purchase in the amount of $100,000 rather than the $500,000 as previously discussed. Ex, I think the letter went out late 2007.
Yes I know for a fact ,many shares were sold to RSE students..

so she took in the money from the shares and then let this part of her businesses go bankrupt? and desolved it a year later? [if this is a too stupid question please delete]

You did sign that non disclosure confidentiality document..didn't you?

When laws are broken non-disclosure confidentiality agreements are invalidated.

so hoffman has a consciousnesses and falls into depression. or he dies, like many close to jz in theire prime. he recognized were he got in his life and has a serious cult exit.

well, THIS is brilliant!!!
and I did not realize Robert Hoffman was 'let go'.
My heart goes out to him if, in fact, he was hospitalized.
He was a very sweet person IRL and jz manipulated him into a very bad situation.
I hope he is recovering and finding some semblance of peace.
