from above link:
The physiological effects are reported to be cycloplegia and mydriasis (extreme dilation of the pupil), flushed, warm and dry skin, dry mouth, urinary retention and ileus (slowing or stopping of intestinal movement), tachycardia, hypertension or hypotension, and choreoathetosis/jerky movements.

(urinary retention: could this be a possible reason that someone we know didn't need to leave the arena to pee?)

...cocaine constricts blood vessels, dilates pupils, and increases body temperature, heart rate, and blood pressure.

Added Danger: Cocaethylene
Polydrug use?use of more than one drug?is common among substance abusers. When people consume two or more psychoactive drugs together, such as cocaine and alcohol, they compound the danger each drug poses and unknowingly perform a complex chemical experiment within their bodies. Researchers have found that the human liver combines cocaine and alcohol to produce a third substance, cocaethylene, that intensifies cocaine?s euphoric effects.

from above link:
The combination of alcohol and cocaine produced greater increases in HR (heart rate), rate-pressure product and pleasurable-related subjective effects (euphoria, well-being) compared with the effects of cocaine. The drug combination reduced the alcohol-induced sedation, but feelings of drunkenness were not significantly counteracted.

The augmented subjective euphoria may explain why the drug combination is more likely to be abused than is cocaine or alcohol alone.
