Having studied a little bit about Business and Management, I have to control myself when I hear some of the stories on here. I notice, the school has a pr person, a publicity person or two, a controller, lawyers....

WHERE ARE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE?

Somebody should compel RSE to give value for money. The students should be treated like GOLD. That's what they are to the school. Or at least, COPPER.
So I say, to any current student on here...Demand your money's worth, and don't take no for an answer! Don't tolerate abuse, lies, prevarication. Don't listen if you are told that you are being toughened up for battle, cause, a tough person sticks up for their right to basic human dignity, which you seem to be being cheated of.
