Beverly the Marine Park Manager

Does anyone recall a woman named Beverly, who was in charge of the Marine Aquarium in Newport, OR in the late 1990s early 2000. I met this woman a couple of times and she spooked me. I could never figure out how this person fell into my siblings life other than via the ranch. If any of you recall her last name, it would be much appreciated. If I recall she took some heat for being one of the highest paid heads of a not for profit organization in the country and then left. Can't remember her last name. Reply if you can help.
