Seriously, I'm adopting this language and trying it out. I wanted to get out of Create Your Day - it's obsessive and domineering in its connotations. And it smacks of people falling out of touch with what is really happening vs. what they "created."
There is evidence for the value of creative visualization. So in the morning, I still rehearse my day, but not as a "discipline" but because it helps me get centered and organized. For me that has a nicer ring to it and is so much closer to the truth of what is really happening. I'm imagining the day and practicing it.
