Can anyone assist in addressing the statement by RSE that the Washington State courts determined that RSE "is not a cult" during JZ's divorce lawsuit with Jeff Knight?

I never checked it into, but assumed it was true when Ramtha and the RSE staff said so. I used that as "evidence" with people all the time when they said they thought I was in a cult.

Reading the lawyer's response to the complaint (in the legal section of the forum) I can see that JZ's official and legal stance about RSE and its teachings and practices is night & day from what is touted from the stage by Ramtha as well as staff.

I think Joe Sz can better explain this.
This declaration was used as "evidence" by JZ's lawyers against Jeff Knight in his case.
In his case, he said he had been continually influenced by Ramtha as to his HIV condition and
healing and that is why he never sought medical treatment early on.

Joe would know who JZ brought in as "experts".
The experts were pretty lame, if you don't have money for a defense fund,
then the c ourt rules in favor of the one who has more money,
