Has the RSE corporation committed manslaughter?

Has the RSE corporation committed manslaughter?
I believe yes.
This is what Jeff Knight was warning us about in this interview shortly before he died:
If I was to die tomorrow I would know that I have done something to make some people wake up and realize that they are involved in a very dangerous, very evil corrupt thing"
Jeff Knight.

Unfortunately... as far as I understand there are no Corporate Manslaughter laws in the United States.

Can a corporation commit manslaughter?
Recent developments in the United Kingdom and the United States.

A CORPORATION is a legal fiction. It is an entity created by law that exists separately from its incorporators and that functions through people who act as its agents. Like people, corporations have rights and obligations in their own name. They own property, pay taxes, can sue and be sued. But can they commit crimes? If they can, how should the law penalize them for their criminal acts?
The courts on both sides of the Atlantic have long struggled and still struggle with these questions because the necessary elements of any crime--an act or omission and a guilty mind--focus on the actions and mental state of a human being and not of a corporate entity.
Recognizing the judicial struggle, the legislature is stepping in. In March, 2005, the United Kingdom's Home Office published a draft Corporate Manslaughter Bill
(1) to introduce a statutory offense of corporate manslaughter for England and Wales. In December, 2005, an Indiana state lawmaker announced that he will seek passage of legislation in the 2006 session of the Indiana General Assembly that will penalize corporations for safety violations in the workplace that lead to bodily injuries and fatalities.
(2) The working title of this proposed Bill is the Corporate Manslaughter Act. Some commentators indicate that Indiana is only a starting point.
(3) The primary goal of both the Corporate Manslaughter Bill (U.K.) and the Corporate Manslaughter Act (U.S.) is to make it easier to prosecute and convict corporations of manslaughter. If these proposals become law, they will create new challenges for corporate defense counsel everywhere.

Corporate Manslaughter - Manslaughter Info.
There may be other instances where people sign waivers exempting corporations from any harm. Currently, there are no Corporate Manslaughter laws in the United States. Most of these types of cases are handled through the civil court system with essentially the same end results.

"The Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act is likely the most well known body of legislation on this matter. The act went into effect in the United Kingdom in 2008. This act allows criminal charges to be filed against corporations that cause the death of one or more individuals. Under the Act, the term corporate manslaughter is recognized in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland."

Death by bad decisions? As seriously wrote so eloquently about making bad decisions. Rse has told it's students. You can heal your self. Do not have health insurance! Do not depend on the government! Under these bad decisions lies death that was unnecessary. Regular check ups to detect health problems. Without them it kills. It is what is killing my father now. And so very sad his high education. It was reduced to a parasite that invaded his whole life. Dieing young because of a false prophet.

That condition of participation gag order should be a red flag to anybody considering a relationship with RSE. It is misguided and self centered to think the gag order is there to assure exclusivity such that you're one of the few that is going to get secret teaching. You're a self centered and petty demigod, and not a real god, if you don't disseminate the wealth of your benevolent knowledge.

What you'll soon discover, if you keep your eyes open and your thinking clear, is that the gag order is there so Judy Knight and the staff of unaccredited teachers can make up baloney off the cuff and say dangerous unproven medical advice without a record existing for them to be held accountable.

RSE uses fear tactics and threats to prevent the customer students for receiving a reality check from any neutral outside source. You're told that if you leak the teaching, then the teaching won't work for you; that there will be retribution from Ramtha's who'll destroy you with wind. If you sit back for a minute, you'll see that is manipulation, not enlightenment. Truth is something that the is fundamental and universal and is not diminished in its God given quality by the number who know the truth.

I feel very sad for the RSE devoted who hunker in shabby accommodations, under resourced because they've given all of their money to RSE; they've made themselves wards of the government that RSE teaches them to distrust. Meanwhile, Judy Knight takes lavish vacations, has plastic surgery slathered on, and buys so much antique furniture that she has to keep the excess in a warehouse.

Thank you Rooster, Ockham.

I remember an RSE student arriving at studio in Yelm wishing to record a devotional song for 'Ramtha'.
He began to explain his father was dying of cancer so he sent a photo of himself instructing his Dad to focus on his 'bluebody' eyes and with this....
as he a great Master will surely heal him
One of the few occasions when I have really lost it ..With some very strong words spoken directly to get this excuse of a human being out of my studio.
Many RSE friends would still be alive today if only they had sought conventional medical treatment in time,
but always too little too late. Some died clinging to the RSE cruel ideologies confused, ashamed and frightened.
Some looking forward to dancing with ‘Ramtha' in the 32nd Universe
Yes Judith...I believe your fraud has directly resulted in the death of countless students sent to an early grave built upon your lust for power, fame and money.
At the end of the day….No amount of your legal weaponry, RSE superstitious intimidations, plastic charisma, fame nor fortune will shield you or your cronies from accountability.
This I have no doubt.

David

One of the RSE related deaths that really disturbed me was Sally Paulsen from the Bald Hill area. Sally apparently died in a very uncomfortable way when she slipped head first into a buried 55 gallon plastic barrel whose mouth was at ground level. Sally appeared to have been trying to hide her RSE directed doomsday food hoard. If RSE hadn't polluted Sally's mind with ridiculous fears of needing to bury food, Sally would most likely be with us today.

The Nisqually Valley News account appears to no longer be on line.

Quoting http://yelmcommunity.org/2011/06/ (a Ramtha-friendly web site)

"June 14, 2011
SALLY PAULSEN REMEMBRANCE AT YELM PARK
Sally Paulsen was remembered by the community, family & friends in a ceremony and potluck at Yelm Park, Saturday, June 11, 2011 from 5-7pm. While there was an editorial in the newspaper omitting key facts and garnering several responses, no representative from the Nisqually Valley News was present to witness and report on the beautiful remembrances shared by Paulsen's family, co-workers, friends and neighbors, which would have provided at the very least, some color to a story the newspaper says they sought to report (to provide the community with Ramtha's School of Enlightenment food storage practices in light of Paulsen's death).

Representatives from the FAA and the PASS Union (Professional Aviation Safety Specialists) where Paulsen worked, came to Yelm to share about their experiences of a Yelm-area resident's participation on a tech-team that kept the computer equipment up and running for the Air Traffic Control (ATC) at the Seattle ATC Center. Sally was described in her passion for "workplace justice, employee rights, and just plain common sense against the knee-jerk decisions of management and lack of adherence to the collective bargaining agreement." "

In a way, due to our loss of Sally, your plane rides just might be a little less safe thanks to RSE teaching.

Of course, let's not forget Vanda Boone who would probably still be here were it not for RSE:

If my Dad had only gotten regular medical checkups like most. Even once in a while. He just did not believe in that, because of rse. He is very upset, confused and trying to deal with his failure. It is so sad. It so breaks my heart. He is such a great man. He had such a great future. He fell for the lie, the deception. It is the only reason he is in the situation, he is in now. He believed, and instead of seeing the truth. He is kicking himself for failure.

I met a male individual at a yard sale, we started talking and right away I knew he was part of the school. Somehow in our conversation I talked about being in the medical field. He wanted to let me and boosted on how he did not need medical attention because he had healed himself from two strokes. This guy had paralysis on one side of his body which included his face, to me that was not healing himself, healing to me would be no residual affect from the stroke. But he truly believed he had healed himself. Unbelievably brainwashed.

Brain washing to such a degree! When will others wake up to this! Brain washing is real. And i so like the term as many see it as old fashioned. Their minds are washed of any critical thinking. I still look back, who is this man? My father was such a great individual and did so much for people! I am sad, so very sad. Trying to cope. My Mom is getting more and more forgetful. My dad is not doing at all well and refuses most medical treatment. The school ruined them. It ruined their lives. I am trying not to hate. I feel such hate towards the school and JZ knight. I try to excuse or make it not so bad. You know be loving and all that. Sorry, I hate that @#$%#@@ school and everything to do with it. This women has demonized my life and family and I hope she goes to hell, if there is one! I feel a little better getting out whats on my mind.

Absolutely Rooster,

Lets not mince our words here... what goes on at RSE is BRAINWASHING.
A more modern term is 'Social Engineering'
But whatever the description.. the results of following the dictates of RSE is dangerous, destructive and immoral.
Digging a little deeper into the RSE Bible 'RAMTHA, THE WHITE BOOK' there are clues as to the philosophical foundations of JZ Knights religious extremist mindset.

David.
JZ Knight/Ramtha Quotes:
RAMTHA, THE WHITE BOOK
Page 173

Student: Well, for example, if someone harmed my daughter,
it's evil because, let's say, she might die.

Ramtha: That is your judgment of evil. But what is evil about dying?

Student: So you don't even think that killing someone is evil?

Ramtha: That is correct, because I have not limited myself by believing in the ending of anyone thing,
for nothing is ever destroyed - ever.

Student: So you're saying that even murder is not wrong or evil.

Ramtha: That is correct.

I think even more disturbing is this passage that starts as the last sentence on page 175 and continues on mpage 176 (as paginatd in the 2004 edition of Ramtha).
And I wish you to understand one who participates with the slayer in his expression is not the victim of the slayer, for he has contemplated the possibility of perhaps being burned, cleaved in two or molested. And because he had contemplated it and it is fearsome, he has drawn it right to his doorstep. Thus the one who needs to molest and the one who needs to be molested - because he needs to understand it - are brought together for the experience.
This is psychopathic crap at its worst. This is exactly the bullshit excuse that child molesters, wife beaters and serial murders use to justify their crimes; that the perpetrator is not to blame, that the perpatrator is only an instrument to deliver the abuse the victim was asking for. There is nothing ironic or tongue in cheek about the way the teaching in Chapter 13 of Ramtha is delivered; it is full steam sociopathic psychosis on display.
