Administration Information to Members of EMF

Unread post by Kensho »

Thank you to all who have helped to make EMF an open community of caring and respectful individuals and also to those who will contribute to that in the future.

Over the last few weeks the administration of EMF has undergone some changes and one of those was to establish a collective of individuals who would not only moderate the board, but who would create and implement guidelines for that task. While it is important that the guidelines provide a solid framework of reference, it is equally important that the framework allows for remodeling as new ideas come forward. Through contributions and suggestions from members as well as from the moderators and administration themselves, the EMF board and EMF in general should continue to evolve without loosing sight of its original mandate.

The moderators and administrators have been receiving many emails and PMs regarding EMF so this forum has been created to facilitate a more open communication when that is desired. Emails and PMs are always welcomed if that is preferred but clarification regarding who has access to enlightenmefree@gmail.com and how moderators handle information that is sent to their PM is necessary.

Please be aware that any emails that are received by enlightenmefree@gmail.com can be viewed by all moderators and administrators. PMs remain personal and private but where a message is received in reference to EMF moderation/administration, there is the possibility that the recipient will ask other moderators and/or administrators to view it and contribute to a response.

May your path always be your choice.

Hello EMF

Keep up the excellent work. I haven't found a more organized message board than this.

Unbound, you are doing a great job!

Our primary purpose with this website is to provide an online support community. Within it we will provide space for networking, educational information, opinion sharing, asking questions, and sharing of facts.

EMF upholds a standard of mutual understanding and compassion to those who have been directly involved with RSE first and foremost; so from time to time some posts and/or threads will be deleted.

As is stated in The EnlightenMeFree 'EMF' Message Board - Registration Agreement Terms, by registering and posting on EMF, you agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws.

Flame posts are going to be deleted.
?Three strikes you?re out?
Consistently breaking our forum rules can and will lead to us banning a member to protect our community.

Extreme cases may require us to immediately ban a user but we usually follow a process of escalation which starts with warnings issued via PM.

Removing personal attacks is necessary and essential in order to keep EMF a credible and safe haven for legitimate posters. Banning anyone is a last resort, but if you come to EMF with an obvious lack of consideration for others, your posts will be removed from the board and you may be banned from EMF.

Responsibility of the Moderators:

To be the arbiters of those who choose not to restrain themselves and need or want to post in a manner that is judgmental, arrogant, condescending, hateful, intolerant and other related flaming attitudes.

Please understand that while it may only take you one minute to compose a destructive post, the moderators spend hours/days/weeks... trying to repair the damage and debating the fallout and a course of action.

The moderators volunteer their time and effort to keep EMF a safe haven for those who have been directly involved with RSE and for those who are seeking information; but outside of this glorious pastime, the moderators also all have wonderful lives to live and people to love and to help...so we and those who come to EMF for support, thank you in advance for your consideration before posting.

To contact The EMF Moderators Email: enlightenmefree@gmail.com
We also invite you to post your questions/compliments/concerns in this (the All Things EMF) forum.

People have come a long way to actually be willing to object to RSE on a website like this. Years ago there were about five regular writers on FACTNet. Most were terrified of writing anything against RSE in public. It seems the fear was all an illusion as the website has prospered in bringing the public information.

Voidgate,

IMO even if there is the willingness to post on EMF, it also takes a great deal of courage to share our personal experiences regarding RSE; especially with people whom we may not know. Talking about our perceptions of those experiences through the supportive community of EMF, allows others to see that there really is a place where they too can come and voice their opinions without fear.

The RSE program seems to intentionally capitalize on, amplify and instill fear as a tactic to control its followers. We certainly couldn't or wouldn't dare speak out against anything that was promoted at RSE when we were followers. It is valuable for those who are contemplating attending RSE to know that we were openly instructed NOT to question; and that we witnessed the cruel treatment of those who did. No one invites public ridicule or similar forms of abuse; but that was often what awaited anyone who questioned, spoke out, or hesitated and did not "Just Do It" at RSE.

For those of us who have been through the experience of that emotional and spiritual terrorism, it is often difficult to communicate with others about our RSE experience without the scars of that abuse coming through in our conversations as anger. But when we strive to overcome that in our communications with each other, perhaps we also begin to free ourselves (and others) from the effects of the abuses that are used to control the thoughts and behaviours of RSE followers.

Difficult as it may be at times for those that post and for the moderators, perhaps through cooperating with each other in promoting understanding, compassion and acceptance, rather than fostering its opposites, the EMF community will become more of a safe haven for mature communication than it is now.

Voidgate, what you have shared with respect to your situation since leaving RSE has touched many people.

When we are moderating, we can see the number of people who are visiting EMF, what forums they are looking at and for how long. What you posted with respect to your personal situation has truly allowed all who visit EMF to realize the profound effect that involvement with RSE can have. Thank you for sharing that.

My heart goes out to you in friendship and admiration of your strength.
Much love, unbound

EMF Webmaster and moderators, thank you for explaining the terms and conditions of posting.

Unbound, with Ramtha?s teachings, students that questioned are told they have DOUBT which is a hindrance to their ability to experience the philosophy. They are discouraged from questioning as this is seen as the unfavorable personality thinking. To progress in the school, they have to suspend critical thinking via disciplines (and drinking red wine) that may stop them from thinking about the body, environment and time.

If students do question, the answers given are usually illogical which are derived from the wacky pseudoscience teachings that seem to always ?blame? the students This is based on the philosophy that the students create their own reality. RSE does NOT appear to be accountable for its actions as the onus seems to be placed on the students.

EMF provides an opportunity to explore these questions and aid in developing critical thinking skills. The evidence presented here seems compelling that RSE is NOT what JZ is promoting.

After much discussion and contemplation, the moderators have reached a unanimous decision to ban Leemar from EMF. Sadly it seems that this individual is not interested in anything but fanning emotional flames, and has repeatedly refused to comply with The EMF Guidleines for Posting despite being asked to do so and despite having posts moderated/deleted.

Leemar, we wish you well...and should you choose to post on EMF under another user name, we ask that you please consider that EMF serves to provide assistance and support to those who desire information on RSE and who may want to discuss issues concerning their RSE related experience.
Many who read and post on EMF are in the process of recovering from RSE and putting their lives back on the rails of humanity. Please come only in peace, compassion and understanding; abuse is not welcome here.
