The Blu Room is under scrutiny in Canada!

Note: There is a video on the page that might be hard to recognize as a video in some browsers.

According to a Facebook post, Matthew Martinez says the Blu Room is "under attack" by "terrible media corruption in Canada" and he has called the "RSE army" to "stand up and contact these terrible reporters and tell them we want an apology and retraction! It's time to stand up and fight!"

JZ Knight should just pony up the cash for some double blind studies to give people the science they need to confirm that this modality is actually responsible for the healing people claim. Or... maybe that's the problem... maybe it's not curing anything beyond what UVB light has already been scientifically proven to support (pain relief, relaxation, skin conditions, and wound healing). Maybe it's not curing cancer after all.

People who report healing from cancer also admit to taking allopathic medication, having surgery, and undergoing chemo and various radiation therapies yet they attribute 100% of their cancer healing/remission to the Blu Room.

The people out there just want science and proof, and RSE wants to silence doubters and fight (as usual).

This should be the biggest sign of a cult. When the public demands science, the cult goes into attack mode.

After all, nobody can question the "Shiva Machine" - UVB light is blue, which is Shiva, and Shiva is the destroyer of all imperfections and illnesses, so of course the Blu Room is healing cancer.

It's easy to see how RSE students are programmed to believe the Blu Room is infallible and all claims of cures are true and attributable to exposure to UVB light. The perception is already there that blue light is going to heal you of every disease. "Ramtha" teaches the "Blue Body Dance" as a healing practice, and people have experienced miraculous healings from this practice. I am one of those people. Not one miraculous healing, but two - at the same time on my first Blue Body Dance. I attributed my healing to this practice (rather than realizing it would have happened if I believed eating a potato would heal me) and I, too, was enmeshed in the belief that the Blu Room was therefore an extension of the same "frequency" as the BBD... the frequency of Shiva the destroyer!

They state the Blu Room is not intended to "diagnose, treat, blabla any disease" yet they widely publish testimonials of people who claim it cured their cancer. The Canadian media is not buying it and is demanding accountability.

I find it interesting that cancer curing testimonials have been deleted from the Blu Room website. There was one testimonial that claimed some kind of bone marrow cancer was cured in just 9 days with Blu Room treatments... that's been scrubbed clean.

Thank you Xylofone

I recognized a person in the video. Just makes my heart sink to see sincere people still drinking the R$E Koolaid.
Miracles for Sale... :-? The power of belief is a double edged sword... can be as much deadly as healing if not fully understood and respected.

here's the 'French to English' translation pulled from the article...... via Google Translate...
Health Canada and the College of Physicians intervened with developers of a technology known as "Blu Room", which is causing concern in the medical community, following a "J.E" investigation.
It is a medical specialist who first alerted the team of "J.E", about the "Blu Room", a concept appeared in Quebec in 2016.
One of her cancer patients refused surgery, which had a very high chance of success, in favor of the Blu Room.
"She, she is convinced that this treatment will cure her lung cancer [...] Every week that passes without being operated on, her cancer can grow, her cancer can spread. [...] I think it's very important to denounce and it just makes no sense, "says the medical specialist, who wants to be anonymous to protect the identity of his patient.
"Wherever it becomes very questionable is that there is a testimonial section and all the people boast of having been cured of all sorts of things with these treatments," she worries.
Following a quick overview of the websites of companies and their social media team "J.E" discovered evidence that suggest that the "Blu Room" can have beneficial effects on health, or even miraculous.
"I knew my cancer was gone because of the" miracle "I had in the" Blu Room, "a client wrote.
The "Blu Room" comes from the United States. It is an octagonal-shaped room, covered with mirrors where customers lie down for 20 minutes. For 3 minutes, they are exposed to UVB rays.
An accomplice of the "J.E" team, contacted the owner of the "Blu Room" in Lévis claiming to have cancer of the cervix.
Quickly during the exchange, the owner dangles a so-called case of cancer cure.
"I have one of my friends, her experience with the blue room is that she has cured cervical cancer," says the owner.
She then insists on the lack of medical treatments.
"Without chemo, without surgery, without drugs. She changed her diet, "she says.
On site, the owner tells our accomplice that she received a warning from the College of Physicians, following a complaint.
"I do not have the right to say cure, I do not have the right to say that it is the treatments, it is sessions of" Blu room "[...] Except that I see results", explains -t it.
In another "Blu Room" in Saint-Sauveur, our accomplice mentions that she preferred not to resort to medical treatments.
The employee reassures our accomplice, after having discussed with his boss: "it makes say that you do well not to go through the path of hospitals."
No scientific literature on the "Blu Room"
"J.E" asked Dr. Denis Soulières, hematologist and medical oncologist at the CHUM, if the "Blu Room" is as miraculous as it is suggested.
"There is no evidence in the scientific literature that this type of method has a placebo effect and a potential effect against cancer. When we think that nothing has been proven, has not followed a process of scientific development; I have nothing to say that this thing should be suggested to a patient, "he says.
Health Canada confirms that the "Blu Room" is not registered in Canada.
The promoters therefore had to withdraw all testimonials and advertisements extolling the so-called health benefits.
The owners of the "Blu Rooms" visited by our accomplice told us that they complied with Health Canada's requirements.
"I'm totally shocked by this situation, I think it's very important to denounce and it just does not make sense."
These words are those of a medical specialist who alerted the team of "J.E" about a technology called "Blu Room". The concept comes from the United States and appeared in Quebec in 2016.
The doctor says that one of her patients with lung cancer refused surgery, while the chances of success were very high, in favor of sessions in the "Blu Room".
"She is confident that this treatment is going to cure her lung cancer, and so she is refusing surgery. [...] Every week that passes without being operated on, her cancer can get bigger, her cancer can spread, and she has very, very big risks that eventually, it will be too late ", explains the one who wishes to remain anonymous, to protect the identity of his patient.
The "Blu Room" is an octagonal room, covered with mirrors, where customers lie down for 20 minutes. For three minutes, they are exposed to UVB rays.
By consulting the websites and social networks of the four "Blu Room" in Quebec, we see that some promoters boast the so-called health benefits.
"Where it becomes very questionable is that there is a testimonial section where people boast of having been cured of all kinds of things with these treatments," raises the medical specialist.
"I knew my cancer was gone because of the" miracle "I had in the Blu Room," a customer wrote on the website.
With the help of an accomplice, the team of "J.E" went to see how some promoters of the "Blu Room" welcome customers with cancer.
The miracle industry, tonight at 9 pm on TVA.

Why don't RSE members just use those disciplines taught by JZRamtha????
JZRamtha
The various disciplines teach you focus and how to access the "magical" parts of your brain.
To learn to heal and rejuvenate your body through an ancient ritual.
This discipline has healed every conceivable disease and can extend your life beyond your genetic expectancy

Perhaps they could ask RSE staff member Sir Robert Jones.
Oh wait.. RIP Sir Robert Jones - 2010 - Heart Failure
Robert Jones
After three and a half years of continual daily disciplines to heal himself, one morning Jones woke up and realized, “You know, I don’t need to work on my heart any more. I am healed and I am well.” When he visited his doctors, they were amazed to find he displays none of the symptoms they would expect of someone with his history. “What perplexes the cardiologists is that while he does have a measurable heart condition he is symptom free, like that of a person who does not have heart disease,” says May.
I just demanded from my God within me to stand fast and see this body healthy and change the cells in this body to be healthy, continuously. That was the key thing that I did over and over again.
“I told them I appreciated what they had found, but I was not going to go [the transplant] route.” When a heart specialist asked how he intended to accomplish this, Jones simply told him, “With the disciplines I’ve been taught and with my mind.” “If people could do that I would not have a profession,” the specialist responded

That is incredibly sad about Robert, but thanks for pointing that out.

It's important for people to see the contradictions.

ah, but there's always a reason the disciplines aren't working or aren't good enough, right? They're not dedicated enough, not doing it right, they're not focused enough or maybe it's just their karma and their lesson to learn in this lifetime in our time and counting as it were, indeed.

Funny how all these details slip by when you're on the other side of the compound - I mean fence. You don't really remember when someone proclaimed to have cured the illness they just died from. Or that people get sicker the more they do C&E. Or that people who did recover from illness were using medicine. It's invisible from the other side. But so, so obvious from over here...

Amazing.

PS: JZ announced that she had cured her clogged arteries. She was certain the disciplines had done it, but she went ahead with the surgery anyway just to be sure. A long-time student who is now a doctor at the Olympia Blu Room even published a big whoop whoop about it on the website, claiming JZ was totally healed. No evidence was provided, of course. Then, recently, I heard from others that "Ramtha" came out at a recent event and announced that JZ has serious health problems including something with her arteries. People said she looked 20 years older and she did not look well.

It's the same pattern... rinse, repeat. Sometimes without the rinse...

Hi Xylofone,
That is incredibly sad about Robert, but thanks for pointing that out.
So many kindred spirits that met an early grave because of joining RSE and thinking 'Ramtha' was infallible.
One of my first friends after I arrived in Yelm was a Carl Fujita, we both made a tough dollar building UG's.
He was diagnosed with a serious heart condition, turned down surgery, telling everyone he was going to heal his heart using the RSE 'disciplines'.
Died a year later... :-(
Regarding the Mind Power - Superconsciousness article..
Chris Dacek was also a former RSE staff member, who met an early grave
One of the first medical professionals to see Jones was Kathleen May, c. of Yelm Family Medicine.
Kathleen May, Yelm F.N.P retired, was/is a hard core RSE devotee.

Sir Robert Jones
When Sir Robert Jones visited the emergency room at St. Peter’s Hospital three and a half years ago, the medical staff became immediately concerned about his condition. At 6’6” he could easily carry a certain amount of extra weight, but this was different. He was retaining water and his stomach had swollen to a point where he felt “like I was twenty-four months pregnant.” Reluctantly, Jones checked himself in to undergo a barrage of tests. The results that came back were ominous: his heart was in trouble. If he did not receive a heart transplant within six days, doctors told him, he would die.
Chris Dacek
Chris Dacek sensed that something was wrong. At 38 years old, he knew it shouldn’t take him half an hour to load the recycling into his truck and he shouldn’t need to stop for twenty minute naps while driving home from work. He rationalized his fears away, attributing his increasing shortness of breath to his smoking habit, but found it harder to ignore the weight gain. “I’m a big guy,” says Dacek, who is 6’3”. “But one of the pivotal points was when I noticed that I couldn’t see my ankles. That really bugged me. I kind of missed them.” A local doctor ran an EKG. Upon her return, she had an air of great gentleness about her. “You need to go to the hospital right now,” she said. When he told her he would drive himself there, she said, “No, you need to have someone else drive you.” Though he didn’t know it yet, Dacek’s heart was functioning at twenty percent of its capacity.
The Road Less Traveled

A Mind of His Own
For Jones, the first step was telling his doctors to precisely document his progress – because he was going to heal his heart. “I told them I appreciated what they had found, but I was not going to go [the transplant] route.” When a heart specialist asked how he intended to accomplish this, Jones simply told him, “With the disciplines I’ve been taught and with my mind.” “If people could do that I would not have a profession,” the specialist responded.
It was the beginning of a long journey. Every day, Jones would visit one or the other of his doctors for blood tests, EKGs and an endless array of other tests. At times, he could not take five steps without gasping for air. “I was scared to lie down, because every time I did I would be choking. I couldn’t breathe, and so I had to sleep sitting up,” he says. However, at the same time he constantly envisioned himself healed. “I connected to my DNA in my mind,” he says. “I started doing it every day, all day.”

One of the first medical professionals to see Jones was Kathleen May, F.N.P. of Yelm Family Medicine. “I’ve never seen anyone with such a conscious intent that their body was going to be healed,” she says. “Despite the horrible conclusion from mainstream medicine that he needed a heart transplant, he never waivered in his focus. He didn’t wallow in self pity or victimization.” May has long been aware of the mind’s powerful impact, for better or worse, in the healing process. “I’ve observed that I can have two different people with the same diagnosis and have two opposite results.” she says. “Why does one cancer patient die in three weeks and the other one who has the same condition survive for five years? There is something beyond the physical state of the body to explain these results.”
Ultimately, they would use the power of focused, willful thought to bring about physical change.
Having successfully managed the first several months of his recovery without getting a transplant, Jones needed to be taken off of a blood-thinning medication for a few days. Within that short period he had a stroke. In the ambulance on the way to the hospital, the medical team administered a lifesaving drug that could potentially reverse some of the effects of the stroke, such as loss of speech and partial paralysis. “According to hospital specialists in all of the years of administering this drug en route to a hospital,” says May, “they had never before had a complete reversal of symptoms.”
“I couldn’t talk,” says Jones. “I was doing the hand motions to give me the pill. They gave me the pill, and within maybe fifteen minutes, I could talk. I said, ‘You can all go home. I’ll be all right.’ And then I couldn’t talk again.” Doctors estimated that he would regain the power of speech in anywhere from three days to six months – or never. Waking up in the emergency room, he surprised the nurse by telling her he was hungry. The next morning, a doctor came to visit him. “He was looking at me really, really strange,” says Jones. “For five or ten minutes he was just looking at my face and checking my face. Then he said, ‘It’s like it never happened. Your face is clear – like it never happened.’”
“Sir Robert was the first example of a complete reversal of symptoms,” says May. “He reported to me that every specialist in the hospital, cardiologists and neurologists came to visit him because they actually wanted to see the first person who had ever had fully and completely reversed their symptoms with this drug.” She continues, “I find it interesting that we’ve had this medication for many years, and there has never been anybody with whom it had fully worked. I attribute that success to Sir Robert, not to the drug.”
I’ve never seen anyone with such a conscious intent that their body was going to be healed,” she says. “Despite the horrible conclusion from mainstream medicine that he needed a heart transplant, he never waivered in his focus.”
Back at home, Jones continued to focus on being well. Regardless of how his body looked or felt, he saw himself as healthy. “I had conversations with my God. I just demanded from my God within me to stand fast and see this body healthy and change the cells in this body to be healthy, continuously. That was the key thing that I did over and over again.” During that time, he disconnected from people and stopped taking calls. That was important he says, “Because people would constantly ask me, ‘How are you doing? You don’t look too good today,’ and I’m endeavoring to hold this mental focus that I’m perfectly healthy and strong. Every time you get something like that, it hits you. If you’re not strong it will really make you kind of wonder.”

Time for a Change
When Dacek was admitted to the hospital, he learned that he had congestive heart failure. The seriousness of his situation was brought home by a young technician who took his Echocardiogram. “As she was walking out the door, she turned to me and said, ‘You have a long road ahead of you, but I think you’re going to be okay.’ That was when the bottom sort of fell out,” he says. His roommate discovered him later sitting in a daze, trying to comprehend the news. “It wasn’t supposed to end this way,” Dacek told him. “It wasn’t supposed to be like this.”
After that point, he decided to change. He focused on being healthy, starting with short walks in the hospital’s circular corridors during which he would see himself as well and healed. His legs were so swollen he could barely walk and he had so much water pressing on his lungs that he had trouble breathing, but every day he would walk around the circular corridors of the hospital for twenty minute periods, holding a vision of his heart as perfectly healthy. People in other rooms began to wonder what he was doing. “The nurses would watch me go like a horse in a racing track,” he laughs.

After Dacek was released from the hospital, he continued to focus on wellness. “Every day,” he says. “It’s really important. I remember a friend telling me that you don’t have to be good at something, but if you do it every day, someday you will get good at it. So every day I would see that my heart was healthy.” Along the way he had a revelation. “I realized that I needed to stop talking about my experiences of being sick. I needed to stop telling anecdotes and stories about the hospital.” He felt they only reinforced a reality that he was actively working to change. “It’s really smart to be careful about the stories you tell. If you want to change, you just need to not associate with what you don’t want.”
I realized that I needed to stop talking about my experiences of being sick. I needed to stop telling anecdotes and stories about the hospital.
Change was the key to his recovery. Prior to his illness, he admits to frequently feeling lonely. “I had gotten myself to a place where I was just unhappy. I was working at a restaurant and I was working nights. I’d get up in the morning and my roommates would be at school and work, and then I’d go to work and come home and they’d be in bed. So my normal day to day life was just kind of lonely,” he says. Once he’d been diagnosed, the outpouring of support he received reminded him that he did, in fact, have friends.
And then he fell in love. Since he could no longer work, his weekends suddenly freed up and while attending a child’s birthday party one Saturday afternoon, he spotted the woman he’d been admiring from afar for five years. Emboldened by his brush with death, he asked her out. She said yes. “Falling in love has been a big help with this,” says Dacek. “I know you always live for yourself, but it really helps if there is someone else there to love and to have a reason to go forward, a reason to change.”
In June, 2008, Dacek called his cardiologist’s office. The results of his latest echocardiogram had arrived, and he wanted to discuss the possibility of getting off of some of his medications. The nurse checked his records and called him back. She told him that his pulmonary test was fine, his blood test showed no toxicity and according to his echocardiogram – his heart was normal.
When I look at future things I want to change, especially healings, it doesn’t seem so daunting any more
“I sat there for a second, and then I said, ‘Can you explain to me what you mean by that? Normal for somebody who almost died in October, or -?’ She said no, your heart is now the normal size for you or anyone like you, and it’s beating strong. I said, ‘Thank you very much for calling me.’”
The Road Ahead
Both Jones and Dacek find that their success in surmounting such formidable health conditions has given them confidence in addressing future issues. After working on his heart for three and a half years, Jones has since used the same level of focus to address secondary impacts on his thyroid, liver and kidneys. “I used the same process for all of it,” he says. Dacek finds the possibility of change less intimidating than he once did. “When I look at future things I want to change, especially healings, it doesn’t seem so daunting any more,” he says. Both also emphasize that while they were using their minds to deal with their physical conditions, they also supported their bodies by taking the medications their doctors prescribed. However, in keeping with their intent, they aim to wean themselves off of the drugs as quickly as possible, rather than staying on them permanently.

To anyone who receives a prognosis like his, Jones has a few words of advice. “Believe in your mind. Your mind can only produce what you believe it can produce. And believe in your God and don’t be scared to demand help. Not ask for help, but demand help. I didn’t ask, I demanded and evoked my God to make it so. I don’t care if they believe in God or Jesus – I don’t care if it’s a cactus plant. If that’s what they believe in, demand it to come forth and give you what you need to rejuvenate your body.”
I don’t care if they believe in God or Jesus – I don’t care if it’s a cactus plant. If that’s what they believe in, demand it to come forth and give you what you need to rejuvenate your body.
For her part, May has been honored to participate in Jones’ recovery and inspired by the level of commitment and responsibility he displayed for his healing. “What I have observed are people literally dropping their bodies off to me, saying, find out what’s wrong and fix it because I don’t feel good. When I try to engage them in a conversation of where the disease started and what they can do to change it they’re not interested. It is always surprising to me how many people don’t take responsibility for their own health.” Jones was the opposite. “I’d never seen a human being so committed and disciplined.”
While Jones and Dacek are remarkable cases, May believes that taking responsibility for your own health and recovery is something anyone can do. “For over twenty-five years, the patients in my practice who have said ‘No, I don’t accept this,’ and have, not out of fear but out of strong resolve, declared, ‘I am going to find out everything I can about my body, take care of it, love it, nurture it, and support it’ live longer than the folks who don’t take on that attitude. Attitude has a huge impact on healing. So whatever diagnosis anyone is ever given, regardless of the statistics, you can go beyond that in living longer and even reversing it.”

Hey David , was Kathleen May involved some how in the Prozac taking period? Did she have a husband or brother psychologist who was involved in a "Training" scandal with a federal agency? I think Gregory May? Also a RSE acolyte.

JZ, while faking her ramtha persona, delivered an hours long wine ceremony where she instructed blue college to begin taking Prozac. She went on for several hours, using her photographic memory to relay the prescription drug information on Prozac and other ssri's, claiming "Vitamin P's" 'great value' to a 'master' wishing to use the whole of ones brain. This is what she called it, "Vitamin P". I remember the first wine ceremony after a large number of blue college and advanced students had gone to their doctors claiming sleep ailments and the such to get their 'vitamin p' as Judith instructed them to do. There were numerous people, over half of the 3 or 4 hundred of these 'students who became violently ill, vomiting profusely, stomach pains, etc., a direct side effect of 'paxil, or prozac' ingested with bottles of wine.
I know several blue college students who still take Prozac, along with all the other ridiculous things JZ has instructed them to do. If she tells them to do it, they do it, and they don't stop until she tells them to stop. As far as I know, she hasn't ever told them to stop taking the 'prozac', so the diehards will continue to do everything she tells them to until the day they die."

"Prozac is what brings back a calming, logical, flowing thinking, whereas marijuana destroys the brain. It destroys the brain cells. The 'high' is the death of the brain." - Ramtha RSE 1996.
Prozac effed up people's lives who followed Ramtha's advice to take it. They lost their calm, rational mind and were effing zombies.

And... now JZ and others are promoting marijuana because it has been shown to actually trigger brain cell growth and improve cognitive and neurological function.

And nobody notices the disconnect.

"In the old days, really old days, leaders of continents, nations, and principalities taught people how to think. To help them along, they used to put an herb called rauwolfia in the community water well. In other words, quietly they endeavored to put the herb equivalent of Prozac in the village water well. The reason they did that was because leaders of peoples a long, long time ago had a very different responsibility than the famed and fortunate ones of today. They had the exquisite duty of reinstating confidence, protection, and equalness within the people, and rauwolfia was a wonderful drug in water that relieved people's insecurity." -Ramtha

Does anyone wonder if JZ put Prozac in the RSE well that fed the water we all drank???

Sure, Ramtha, rauwolfia is a totally harmless drug that simply relieved insecurity and trained people how to think. It's totally the same thing as Prozac. (I think I'd take Prozac before Rauwolfia, honestly!)

We trust you when you tell us about ancient people putting a drug in the community well to help people think better... it sounds like Judith's way of justifying the push for Prozac and possibly a sneaky way of admitting drugging people through the water. Not accusing, of course, just SPECULATING the POSSIBILITIES, perhaps...

WTF.

It is heartening to see Canadians express constructive skepticism of seemingly extraordinary claims made for the curative capability of spending time in a Blu Room. In the United States the prevailing attitude seems to be that because science based medical treatment is not always 100% successful then any putative cure, based on who knows what if anything, should be given equal credibility. There is no way to gauge the effectiveness of the Blu Room regimen because the publicly stated results are anecdotal rather than measured. I know I would ask a lot of questions on mechanism of operation and how effectiveness of the treatment is measured before I spent money of Blu Room Sessions - basically the same stuff I would ask an MD doctor about a proposed treatment.

I remember my friends were pretty upset about Robert Jones demise in 2010. I got the impression that Robert may have been given advice to disregard science based medicine and then then pursue other means of dealing with his apparent heart problems. At the time, RSE or someone close to RSE apparently sent e-mail that all RSE members should listen to a particular episode of the “Beyond the Ordinary” podcast. On that podcast, a woman who said she is Robert’s daughter made a tearful plea not to rely on drinking alkaline water, but rather go to a doctor to get heart trouble treated. I have wondered if using the podcast to deliver the news was a means for RSE to distance itself from any responsibility for Robert forgoing medical care for what may have been an otherwise treatable condition. Judy Knight and company always seem to have a knack for avoiding direct ties to seemingly questionable activities associated with RSE.

It's true. Sad, but true.

I'm glad someone is finally speaking out against the org. even if it is just by forcing them to take down testimonials that are misleading.

The Blu Room actually caused and exacerbated existing medical problems for me.
Did anyone want to hear it? NO. Even though blue light is scientifically proven to cause the exact problems it caused for me, it certainly couldn't be anything more than my unfortunate creation of my reality and it definitely wasn't the Blu Room. Woe to me, I should have created my day.

I'm not the only one.

It's great SHORT-TERM as spot treatment for wound healing and several other minor issues (pain, fatigue) but JZ took it to a whole new level (bathing your entire body in UVB) that requires far more physician oversight than they have for people with specific health issues. I'm pretty sure she was just coming up with a way to capitalize on her obsession with Shiva and his "blue realm" because she had already made Shiva out to be the "fourth level" being and destroyer of all impurities and what RSE student doesn't want to BE ON THE FOURTH LEVEL AND GET TO THE COVETED FOURTH SEAL WHERE SHIVA RESIDES?? She probably figured out that UVB light has therapeutic properties and researched the existing approved medical devices that utilize UVB light and then went overboard with her bathing the whole body in all of it to make it seem like it's better when in reality it's worse.

They never did any clinical trials regarding soaking up that much UVB. But Matt's presentations on Vitamin D make it sound like they did. Misleading all the way. He doesn't know much about medicine. I asked him a question once a long time ago about a possible contraindication with the blu room and he gave me advice that was MEDICALLY INCORRECT AND COULD HAVE CAUSED A MAJOR PROBLEM. All because I said the name of a medication that was spelled similarly to the name of a surgery. The medication advised people NOT GO INTO THE SUN. He thought I was referring to a surgery that had a similar spelling and said I would be perfectly safe. I didn't trust what he said because the medication said DO NOT EXPOSE YOURSELF TO THE SUN and so when he replied again with a message about another patient of his who had the same surgery and was healed further by the blu room, I realized he had no idea what the hell I was talking about and he had no idea what the hell HE was talking about. Imagine if I didn't catch on to the fact that he didn't know the difference between a medication and a surgery!! And besides I told him the doctor said I wasn't supposed to expose my skin to the sun and he STILL SAID I WAS PERFECTLY SAFE TO USE THE BLU ROOM.

I still can't get over the fact that UVB doesn't penetrate glass yet they sold blu room charged water in glass bottles for $3 per 8oz hahahahaha someone is either stupid or conniving. I wonder which one?

Hi Xylofone, sorry to hear you had disappointing results with the Blu Room. It is good to hear that you seem subsequently to have found better medical care for your needs. Most of what I’ve read seems to indicate that any significant exposure to any ultraviolet light, both UV-A and UV-B, poses potential risks. Of course there are specific medical treatments where the down side of UV exposure is outweighed by the benefits, but a qualified person should make the judgement. I thought to myself, “this may not be good,” when a friend started talking about the Blu Room and mentioning Judy Knight and Matthew Martinez, neither of which seemed to have the training necessary to be subjecting people to possibly intense ultraviolet light exposure.

Edited for clarity: following paragraph is in the generic sense, applies to some of the US population in general, nobody in particular.

It is a real shame there seems to be pervasive anti intellectual attitude in the US and misplaced skepticism for science based approaches to medicine because its practitioners can’t promise black and white 100% results. A lot of people would rather go to a strip mall stem cell lab run by a person who took one short course at a diploma mill: because that person makes a 100% promise to cure [insert condition] without statistically rigorous evidence. The problem is that medical care is complex, sometimes uncertain, and it takes multi year college training to be proficient. Unfortunately buzz words tossed around by a strip mall charlatan can sound a lot like what the patient would hear from a degreed medical specialist. It is too bad that as a society in the US we feel it is worse to deny access to questionable treatments than it is to enforce quality control, that it violates a suffering person’s rights to restrict access to time and money wasting fake treatments that may do no good or even do harm.

Hi Ockham, thanks. The only benefit I got from the Blu Room was the initial pain relief from joint and arthritis type symptoms, which is the only science-backed result of UVB. It's not a miracle, I'll tell you that!

I agree, a qualified person should make that judgment. They have no qualified people. The techs are really nice and friendly but they are just as deluded as everyone else. No medical training, so they can't answer anyone's questions or concerns realistically. Some guy tells them he wants the UVB on for 20 minutes and they do it. No questions asked.

I'm starting to get deeply concerned since they're now holding Blu Room retreats!!! And I just saw the pics from a recent retreat I think it was in Hawaii and "Dr. Matt" is wearing scrubs!!!! What CHIROPRACTOR wears scrubs??? He is trying to give the impression that he is an actual medical doctor to boost credibility combined with being called "Dr. Matt" that's all marketing right there.

They won't be injecting me with any stem cells or hooking me up to an IV for nutrients, thanks!!! I have had the Myers cocktails and they are amazing but I wouldn't let an RSE doctor anywhere near me with a sharp object!!!

It is amazing that the attitude is anti-medicine all the time.

I have a screen shot of Matt calling all medicine fake. He was talking with someone on Facebook about how some place banned homeopathic medicine and someone said something like "I thought it was all fake" and Matt said "exactly" - agreeing that all medicine is fake.

I saw that and was like, whoa... huh??

Just read today about this Blu Room nonsense, thanks for the info here all! Can't believe after all these years we are still here, dealing with the horse poo that comes out of the Ranch. Brings to mind how little actual support she gave her own cousin Vicky Cady when she was dying of cancer (not to mention Vicky's daughter :-x

I also have a family member that is still a ramster and with whom my relationship with, is still a broken, toxic mess that I have realized (after a lot of therapy), will never change. I'm protecting myself and understand that RSE is sadly all this family member has left in their life before they die and they will die despite their protestations otherwise. To face the truth of the cult of JZ for this family member is to also take responsibility and accountability for their actions and words over the years and I believe in my heart, this would put that family member into a completely devastating psychotic break with reality. The other family member who was right along there with them in all the retreats and online wine ceremonies, is now in a care home for dementia / alzheimer's with a great deal of degradation occurring during covid lockdown. If it ever comes out that JZ pushed substances that triggered or amplified my family member's and other long timers' illnesses, there will be a lot of very angry people. If any of you have any speculations about this, I would be interested.

Hearing that Robert Jones passing the way he did irked me...he didn't learn an important lesson about appropriate, urgent medical care despite having a blatant, obvious opportunity to, many years before. A friend asked me to come with them to Robert's place while they dropped something off. Robert showed me his horses and asked me to look at a mare of his who was pregnant. When I asked when the vet looked at her last, he said he'd never had a vet look at her and didn't need to. I told him she was obviously twinning and that he needed the vet out immediately as I could see the signs that she would likely go into labor in next day or so and that, more importantly, it was INCREDIBLY dangerous and painful for mare and twin foals in this situation. He said 'Don't need a vet, going to the retreat and she'll be ok, she only has one big foal, not twins. So be it!' and of course he did the little salute (those who know, know). I was sick to my stomach and there was nothing I could do. He didn't call a vet and no one was there that night when that mare went into labor, with twins and she and her babies died a terrible, painful and long death that SHOULD have been prevented. I still want to cry thinking of it. It was neglect and abuse.

I am also stunned to read in these posts that Kathy May was still kicking around there and participating in this travesty after all the insanity that went down with the depositions many years ago. Her husband Gregory May and she went directly from EST (aka Erhard Seminars Training) right into JZ's cult...they didn't learn from their first cult.

I can only hope the conviction and sentencing of Keith Raniere today (another dangerous predator who is now off the streets!) sent a very strong message to JZ and her band of predators and intimidators. If anyone here still thinks JZ and her nonsense is spiritual in some way, start watching the documentaries on NXIVM and see how all of it is the same tactics that other narcissistic sociopaths / psychotics are using to prey on people for their own benefit and pleasure.
