Does he do more harm than good? I believe so, I find his work insidious.

Of all new-age quackery, Dr Joe Dispenza has somewhat slipped under the radar...but he is as dangerous as any of the stories you've heard of from so-called "spiritual" gurus.
He claims to do "science," but most of what he does is tossing word salad, just ask the experts.
As a former instructor at the Ramtha School of Enlightenment, Dispenza knows his tools of manipulation well...picking up tips from social media gurus selling courses and Facebook ads along the way.
Joe Dispenza isn't ALL bad, he does mention meditation, which is a good practice, but thats pretty much where is sound advice ends.
Recognize that being skeptical is good, do NOT believe every person in nice clothing spouting on about quantum realms, manifesting your dream home etc
If you feel you've received value from this man, good on you, I wish you all the best and no harm. This is here to challenge beliefs, open the eyes of some and likely, infuriate many.
