this movie states around 24:48sec min time frame that many goverment agents were assigned to provide a place for trouble makers (jzr always stated she has prepared a place for her students) so the peoples of the place can be identified and put on a roundup list during martial law.
and those old prison camps in washington that used to hold the asians is a huge compound allready to go.
it seems all that is on the checklist for roundup she has instructed her students to obtain. such items as buying guns, avoiding taxes, storing food, cult, building without a permit basically anything allowing the militia to come to the students property.
i agree with a lot of these things but when you belong to a group you are labeled as the actions of the entire group.
heck the train tracks run right behind her cluttered store, and i'm sure its possible to go all the way to those asian camps.
well here's the link for the fema movie, a lot of facts in one place a good referal to anyone you care about.
