I was under the impression from JZ’s previous court case in Austria that JZ had registered the trademark ‘Ramtha’ as a spiritual entity that was exclusively channeled by her. I did a search in the US Patent and Trademark Office, and discovered that ‘Ramtha’ seems to be just a ‘brand name’. There is NO reference made to Ramtha as a ‘being’ or even the term ‘channeling’.

the name belongs to a folk group, a football team and a small town in Lebanon...
However....
"Scamtha" is still available for an alternative RSE trademark....

so not even the name is original. is everything loaned from somewere else? the good news for judy is we all go trough life and learn from the wisdom of others. but please we not all freak out to trademarke our whole existence. how easy it was to steal other peoples achievments and ride on it. maybe there comes this paranoid behavier from.

David, I did a search and ?Scamtha? is still available. Cool! My non-dentist husband & I could start our own channeling business and call it ?Scamtha, the Enfrightened One?. Blue body dance could be marketed as a new type of disco dance. It goes well with the drinking, smoking, Prozac and white powder stuff. We have studied Judith?s business model and it appears to be a great one to retire on. She has done exceptionally well, just on time for 2012. $$$$$$$$!!!

I joined RSE as JZ/R stated that it is NOT a religion but a quintessential school of the mind. The teachings of Ramtha are a unique science. (Quoted from above links)

I am surprised that in the US Patent and Trademark Office (not in Jordan), JZ registered ?Ramtha?? as a religious education and the teachings deal with a variety of religious topics. J.Zerox even used the name ?The Church I Am? in the early years!!! There is NO mention of a 35,000 year old being, channeling, science or quantum physics in the ?goods and services? of ?Ramtha?? at the Trademark Office. How deceptive of Judith as I would not have been involved if I had read the ?truth? in the Trademark Office.

I believe this is true...
One cannot go through life stealing and deceiving others without something going terribly awry in the mind....
no mater how clever we think we are.
I suspect Judith's paranoia is what eventually destroyed her conscience and sanity many years ago.
