CSE has a very dodgy past. CSE was operating without applying for permits from the county for about 7 years before they were closed by the County on Oct 31, 2000. There were no records of permits for land use, buildings, water or septic. CSE applied for a temporary Special Use Permit in Nov 2000.

just to put some things right:it was not cse which operated the school on this property 7 years before the county closed it down. it was about 1 year or less before. ginger and brian had a private school on this property. they dident own the property. they established this school despite of backstabing and disruptive tactics of other people who did wanna have a rse oriented kids school. finaly this other parties aproached g&b because they dident get it together to pull it off. they promissed them teacherfunctions in the new school. as soon as they signed the papers that cse could use the building and property and g&b gave up theire rights to do so, they drove them out. the increase in size and responsebility which came with this change brought the autoreties on stage. there were too many codeviolations in the existing building so they closed it down. about 1 and 1/2 years cse operated in privat homes, woodsheds and other not realy appropriate places. they pulled in portable schoolroms and started running it on the place there again. after they got finaly some certified teachers they established the now known cse. after 9/11 when jz used the antraxscare to promote her doomsday scenarios and she gave out the lockdown instructions.[prepare for staying on your properties on short notice, no contact to outside people, if a husband is so irresponsible to go to work and risk his families health dont let him back in......] sidenote: of course when the follow ups came jz canceled the lockdown. parents of rse asked jzr how they should handel this with kids they had in cse and if its still save to let them go to school. they got brushed of with jzrs remark: the childrenschool is not my concern. funding suffered greatly from this remark. now after there r some of the beginning people who probably looked partly through the rsescam and did wanna have some fame and glory rubbing off from jzr removed from the schoolboard jzr uses cse to promote rse. just some points for consideration: how can you give a top notch edjucation if you use some of the schooltime for rse discipliens [as we know are brainwashtechnics],teach history alla ramtha [like the spanish armada got destroyed because the lord of the wind interfiered with the weather] or sience alla what the bleep...i know kids who had a hard time to catch up in public school.even so the more college way to teach them motivated to go through there required learningmaterial more indipendently. cse is for shure today a mean to demonstrate how dedicated people are towards jzr like building a ug or beeing in blue college.

It is interesting though that Robert Hoffman in representing the Children's School of Excellence in Nov 2000 should say ??the school has operated for about seven years without an incident of harm to students caused by the facilities? in his application for the temporary Special Use Permit to allow the school to remain open.

CSE was incorporated in Feb 1999.

CSE?s history sounds complicated and its land issues involving Chrysalis School (Ginger & Nancy) were mentioned here.

P.S. I was at a legacy event several years ago where ?Ramtha? mentioned that RSE would have a quantum physics university in the future... (imitating Maharishi University?).
