Torrential rains blanket Yelm area

Unread post by Ockham »

Judy Knight’s characterization of, “Ramtha,” likes to say, “I am the wind.” Uncle Ramtha seems to have gone a little overboard with the wind thing of late. While much of the western United States languishes under parching drought, northwest Washington state has been slammed with two so—called atmospheric rivers in the last month. The region has received over 41 inches (about 104 cm) of rain in the last 30 days. The stormiest weather has been centered a few miles north of Ramona’s School of Enlightenment located in Yelm, however Yelm has received a thorough soaking and its rivers are near flood stage.
