I was told just yesterday by a current student that there is a new update
for having land in and around Yelm
and that almost all of the land that is being bought MUST have Ed Wiltsie's approval,
or no sale.
I will ask in particular what the specifics are, but this was told to be by a
realtor who does not practice around Yelm.
