Blowing out words in reverse

In an early C&E teaching we were told to focus on what we wanted to create and then blow out the letters of our desired manifestation in reverse, i.e., to breathe out in one C&E breath and see the letters floating out of us.
"Fabulous wealth" would be blown out as:
THAEW SOULUBAF
Needless to say, this discipline didn't last for long. Perhaps this was an original thought of by JZR herself.
